Information on Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for helping us support the household sellers/artisans. Our goal is to bring these hardworking people, who find it difficult to get a market or recognition due to some untoward commercials, to the Global market.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the product/s provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the ‘Description’ of each product you are buying and also go through the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and 'Disclaimer' link, before proceeding to buy the items. These provide all the details about the product you purchase.

Our Policy for the refund and cancellation will be as follows:

Return & Refund Policy

Return of non-edible products can be done within 1 week of receiving the shipment.

We will send courier personnel to pick up the package. Please retain the packaging material and purchase invoice. These need to be handed over to the courier personnel.

The product must be unused and in original condition.

You will receive the refund within 2 weeks of returning the product. The refund amount will be excluding the shipping cost and the GST amount. Refund shall be made through the original payment mode.

Non-edible products can be returned in following cases:-

  1. Incorrect product delivered
  2. Incorrect color or dimension of the product or as described in the application
  3. Product is damaged / discolored / defective

There will be maximum 3 attempts of picking up the returnable product. Failing which, the return request will be cancelled.


Cancellation Policy

Please place the order only when you are 100% sure of the product.

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

We request you to consider the hardwork that the artisan puts in to prepare the product. Cancelling the order would fail the entire purpose of helping them.
